Best Paper Award for Yong Authors

At the Commission IV Symposium held in Ottawa during 8-12 July 2002, the paper entitled “K-order Spatial Neighbours Based on Voronoi Diagram: Description, computation and application” which was co-authored by Renliang Zhao, Jun CHEN and Zhilin LI was awarded a Best Paper Award for Yong Authors (Honourable Mention).
